2What EasyVat isEasyVat কী

EasyVat is a browser extension that automates the steps of filing Zero VAT returns on vat.gov.bd using account details that you supply (from your own Google Sheet or an uploaded file). It also offers an account, an encrypted backup and notifications.

EasyVat একটি ব্রাউজার এক্সটেনশন, যা আপনার দেওয়া অ্যাকাউন্ট তথ্য (আপনার নিজের গুগল শিট বা আপলোড করা ফাইল থেকে) ব্যবহার করে vat.gov.bd এ শূন্য ভ্যাট রিটার্ন দাখিলের ধাপগুলো স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে সম্পন্ন করে। এর সাথে আছে অ্যাকাউন্ট, এনক্রিপ্টেড ব্যাকআপ ও নোটিফিকেশন।

EasyVat is an independent tool. It is not made, endorsed or operated by the National Board of Revenue (NBR) or vat.gov.bd.

EasyVat একটি স্বতন্ত্র টুল। এটি জাতীয় রাজস্ব বোর্ড (NBR) বা vat.gov.bd এর তৈরি, অনুমোদিত বা পরিচালিত নয়।

3Who may use itকারা ব্যবহার করতে পারবেন

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement.
• You may use EasyVat only for VAT accounts that belong to you or that you are properly authorised to file for, and only with login details you are entitled to use.

• আপনার বয়স কমপক্ষে ১৮ বছর হতে হবে এবং চুক্তি করার সামর্থ্য থাকতে হবে।
• আপনি শুধু নিজের অথবা যাদের পক্ষে দাখিল করার যথাযথ অনুমতি আপনার আছে সেই ভ্যাট অ্যাকাউন্টে, এবং ব্যবহারের অধিকার আছে এমন লগইন তথ্য দিয়েই EasyVat ব্যবহার করতে পারবেন।

4Your EasyVat accountআপনার EasyVat অ্যাকাউন্ট

• Give accurate details, including a WhatsApp number that you actually use; we contact you there.
• Keep your password secret. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us at once if you suspect misuse.
• Your WhatsApp number is your sign-in ID and cannot be changed. Do not share your account or resell access.
• If you forget your password we can issue a one-time reset code through WhatsApp. A reset removes your old encrypted backup, because it cannot be decrypted without the old password.

• সঠিক তথ্য দিন, বিশেষ করে এমন একটি হোয়াটসঅ্যাপ নম্বর যা আপনি সত্যিই ব্যবহার করেন; আমরা সেখানেই যোগাযোগ করব।
• পাসওয়ার্ড গোপন রাখুন। আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টের সব কাজের দায় আপনার। অপব্যবহারের সন্দেহ হলে সাথে সাথে আমাদের জানান।
• আপনার হোয়াটসঅ্যাপ নম্বরই সাইন-ইন আইডি এবং তা বদলানো যায় না। অ্যাকাউন্ট শেয়ার বা অ্যাক্সেস বিক্রি করবেন না।
• পাসওয়ার্ড ভুলে গেলে আমরা হোয়াটসঅ্যাপে এককালীন রিসেট কোড দিতে পারি। রিসেটে আপনার পুরোনো এনক্রিপ্টেড ব্যাকআপ মুছে যায়, কারণ পুরোনো পাসওয়ার্ড ছাড়া তা খোলা যায় না।

5Activation, plans, expiry and blockingঅ্যাক্টিভেশন, প্ল্যান, মেয়াদ ও ব্লক

Your account can be active, pending, blocked or expired. Automation works only while the account is signed in and active.

আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট চালু, অপেক্ষমাণ, ব্লকড বা মেয়াদোত্তীর্ণ হতে পারে। সাইন ইন করা ও চালু অ্যাকাউন্টেই কেবল অটোমেশন কাজ করে।

• New accounts may be activated automatically or after we review them.
• We may block or suspend an account for misuse, breach of these terms, suspected fraud, unpaid fees or legal reasons. A blocked or expired account is stopped within about 30 minutes, even during a run.
• If your account is blocked or you think it is a mistake, contact us on WhatsApp (WhatsApp +880 1614-021097) and we will review it.

• নতুন অ্যাকাউন্ট নিজে থেকে বা আমাদের পর্যালোচনার পর চালু হতে পারে।
• অপব্যবহার, শর্তভঙ্গ, প্রতারণার সন্দেহ, বকেয়া ফি বা আইনি কারণে আমরা অ্যাকাউন্ট ব্লক বা স্থগিত করতে পারি। ব্লকড বা মেয়াদোত্তীর্ণ অ্যাকাউন্ট রান চলাকালেও প্রায় ৩০ মিনিটের মধ্যে থেমে যায়।
• আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট ব্লক হলে বা ভুল মনে হলে হোয়াটসঅ্যাপে (WhatsApp +880 1614-021097) যোগাযোগ করুন; আমরা বিষয়টি দেখব।

6Feesফি

If a paid plan applies, its price, period and what is included will be agreed with you (for example by WhatsApp message) before you are charged. Prices and plans may change for future periods with notice.

কোনো পেইড প্ল্যান প্রযোজ্য হলে তার মূল্য, মেয়াদ ও অন্তর্ভুক্ত বিষয় আপনার কাছ থেকে টাকা নেওয়ার আগে (যেমন হোয়াটসঅ্যাপ বার্তায়) আপনার সাথে নির্ধারিত হবে। ভবিষ্যৎ মেয়াদের জন্য নোটিশ দিয়ে মূল্য ও প্ল্যান বদলাতে পারে।

7Acceptable useগ্রহণযোগ্য ব্যবহার

You agree not to:

আপনি সম্মত যে আপনি এসব করবেন না:

• use EasyVat to access accounts you are not authorised to use, or to break any law or the rules of vat.gov.bd;
• try to bypass, disable or tamper with the account, licence or blocking checks;
• overload, probe or attack our account service or the VAT portal;
• copy, resell or redistribute the extension or its service without our written permission;
• upload malware or content you have no right to use.

• যে অ্যাকাউন্ট ব্যবহারের অনুমতি নেই তাতে প্রবেশ করতে, বা কোনো আইন কিংবা vat.gov.bd এর নিয়ম ভাঙতে EasyVat ব্যবহার;
• অ্যাকাউন্ট, লাইসেন্স বা ব্লক যাচাই এড়িয়ে যাওয়ার, অচল করার বা তাতে হস্তক্ষেপের চেষ্টা;
• আমাদের অ্যাকাউন্ট সার্ভিস বা ভ্যাট পোর্টালে অতিরিক্ত চাপ দেওয়া, অনুসন্ধান বা আক্রমণ;
• আমাদের লিখিত অনুমতি ছাড়া এক্সটেনশন বা সার্ভিস কপি, বিক্রি বা বিতরণ;
• ম্যালওয়্যার বা ব্যবহারের অধিকার নেই এমন কনটেন্ট আপলোড।

9Your data and backupsআপনার ডেটা ও ব্যাকআপ

You own the data you put into EasyVat. You allow us to process it only as needed to run the service as described in the Privacy Policy. Backups are encrypted with a key from your password; we cannot read or recover them, and you are responsible for keeping your own copies of important lists.

EasyVat এ আপনার দেওয়া ডেটার মালিক আপনি। গোপনীয়তা নীতি অনুযায়ী সার্ভিস চালাতে যতটুকু দরকার কেবল ততটুকু প্রক্রিয়ার অনুমতি আপনি আমাদের দেন। ব্যাকআপ আপনার পাসওয়ার্ডের কী দিয়ে এনক্রিপ্ট করা; আমরা তা পড়তে বা উদ্ধার করতে পারি না, তাই গুরুত্বপূর্ণ তালিকার নিজস্ব কপি রাখার দায়িত্ব আপনার।

10Availability and changesসার্ভিসের প্রাপ্যতা ও পরিবর্তন

We work to keep EasyVat running but do not promise it will always be available or error-free. We may update, change, suspend or discontinue features or the service, and the extension updates automatically through the browser store.

আমরা EasyVat সচল রাখার চেষ্টা করি, তবে এটি সবসময় পাওয়া যাবে বা ত্রুটিমুক্ত থাকবে এমন প্রতিশ্রুতি দিই না। আমরা ফিচার বা সার্ভিস হালনাগাদ, পরিবর্তন, স্থগিত বা বন্ধ করতে পারি, এবং এক্সটেনশন ব্রাউজার স্টোরের মাধ্যমে নিজে থেকে আপডেট হয়।

11Third-party servicesতৃতীয় পক্ষের সেবা

EasyVat relies on vat.gov.bd, Google (Apps Script and Sheets), WhatsApp and the Chrome and Edge stores. We do not control them and are not responsible for their availability, changes or terms.

EasyVat নির্ভর করে vat.gov.bd, গুগল (Apps Script ও Sheets), WhatsApp এবং Chrome ও Edge স্টোরের উপর। এগুলো আমাদের নিয়ন্ত্রণে নয়; এদের প্রাপ্যতা, পরিবর্তন বা শর্তের দায় আমাদের নয়।

12Intellectual propertyমেধাস্বত্ব

The extension, its design, code and name belong to the EasyVat developer. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it while your account is in good standing. These terms do not transfer any ownership to you.

এক্সটেনশন, এর ডিজাইন, কোড ও নাম EasyVat ডেভেলপারের। আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট ঠিক থাকা পর্যন্ত আমরা আপনাকে ব্যক্তিগত, অ-একচেটিয়া ও হস্তান্তর-অযোগ্য ব্যবহারের লাইসেন্স দিই। এই শর্তাবলীতে মালিকানা আপনার কাছে হস্তান্তর হয় না।

13No warrantyকোনো ওয়ারেন্টি নেই

EasyVat is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent allowed by law, we give no warranties of any kind, including about accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, or that automation will succeed on every account.

EasyVat “যেমন আছে” ও “যতটুকু পাওয়া যায়” ভিত্তিতে দেওয়া হয়। আইনে যতটুকু অনুমোদিত, আমরা কোনো ধরনের ওয়ারেন্টি দিই না, যার মধ্যে সঠিকতা, নির্দিষ্ট উদ্দেশ্যের উপযোগিতা, নিরবচ্ছিন্ন চলা বা প্রতিটি অ্যাকাউন্টে অটোমেশন সফল হওয়াও পড়ে।

14Limitation of liabilityদায়ের সীমা

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the EasyVat developer is not liable for late-filing penalties, fines, incorrect or missed returns, loss of data, loss of profit, or any indirect or consequential damage arising from use of, or inability to use, EasyVat. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for EasyVat in the three months before the claim (or zero if you paid nothing). Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

আইনে যতটুকু অনুমোদিত, EasyVat ব্যবহার বা ব্যবহার করতে না পারার ফলে সৃষ্ট বিলম্বে দাখিলের জরিমানা, দণ্ড, ভুল বা বাদ পড়া রিটার্ন, ডেটা হারানো, মুনাফা হারানো বা কোনো পরোক্ষ ক্ষতির জন্য EasyVat ডেভেলপার দায়ী নন। যেকোনো দাবির জন্য আমাদের মোট দায় দাবির আগের তিন মাসে আপনার EasyVat এর জন্য দেওয়া অর্থ পর্যন্ত সীমিত (কিছু না দিলে শূন্য)। আইনে যে দায় সীমিত করা যায় না, এখানে তা সীমিত হয় না।

15Your responsibility to usআমাদের প্রতি আপনার দায়

You agree to cover losses and claims that arise from your misuse of EasyVat, your breach of these terms, or your use of login details you were not entitled to use.

EasyVat এর অপব্যবহার, এই শর্তভঙ্গ বা ব্যবহারের অধিকার ছিল না এমন লগইন তথ্য ব্যবহারের কারণে সৃষ্ট ক্ষতি ও দাবির দায় আপনি বহন করতে সম্মত।

16Ending your useব্যবহার বন্ধ করা

You may stop using EasyVat at any time and delete your account in the extension. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or if we stop offering the service. Sections that by their nature should continue (such as ownership, disclaimers and liability) survive termination.

আপনি যেকোনো সময় EasyVat ব্যবহার বন্ধ করে এক্সটেনশন থেকে অ্যাকাউন্ট মুছতে পারেন। আপনি শর্তভঙ্গ করলে বা আমরা সার্ভিস বন্ধ করলে আমরা আপনার অ্যাক্সেস স্থগিত বা শেষ করতে পারি। যেসব ধারা প্রকৃতিগতভাবে চালু থাকা উচিত (যেমন মালিকানা, দায়মুক্তি ও দায়ের সীমা) তা বন্ধের পরও বহাল থাকবে।

17Governing law and disputesপ্রযোজ্য আইন ও বিরোধ

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. If a problem arises, please contact us first on WhatsApp so we can try to resolve it informally. Any dispute that cannot be resolved that way is subject to the courts of Bangladesh.

এই শর্তাবলী বাংলাদেশের আইন দ্বারা পরিচালিত। কোনো সমস্যা হলে আগে হোয়াটসঅ্যাপে আমাদের জানান, যাতে আমরা অনানুষ্ঠানিকভাবে মীমাংসার চেষ্টা করতে পারি। এভাবে মীমাংসা না হলে বিরোধ বাংলাদেশের আদালতের এখতিয়ারাধীন হবে।

18Changes to these termsশর্তাবলীর পরিবর্তন

We may update these terms. The date and version at the top will change, and for significant changes we will notify you in the extension or on WhatsApp. Continuing to use EasyVat after a change means you accept the updated terms.

আমরা এই শর্তাবলী হালনাগাদ করতে পারি। উপরের তারিখ ও ভার্সন বদলাবে, এবং বড় পরিবর্তনে এক্সটেনশনে বা হোয়াটসঅ্যাপে জানানো হবে। পরিবর্তনের পরও EasyVat ব্যবহার চালালে আপনি হালনাগাদ শর্ত মেনে নিচ্ছেন বলে গণ্য হবে।

19Contact usযোগাযোগ
